Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business development plans that align with company objectives.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure profitable agreements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- A Master's degree may be preferred.
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and business growth within the relevant industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
