Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM).

Location: United States (Remote/Onsite).

Experience: 6+ years in IT Services Sales & Business Development.

Industry: IT Services, Digital Transformation, Consulting.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth and expand our footprint within the UST ecosystem for our US-based client.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services sales, strategic partnerships, and client relationship management.

This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities, engaging with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with UST stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers.

- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within the UST ecosystem.

- Act as the primary point of contact for UST clients, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.

Sales & Business Development:

- Create and execute a strategic sales plan to expand business opportunities within UST.

- Identify, qualify, and pursue new leads, working closely with internal teams to craft tailored solutions.

- Meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.

Strategic Partnerships & Account Management:

- Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, pre-sales, and marketing) to align offerings with client needs.

- Leverage existing relationships within UST to generate cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

- Manage and grow a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring a steady flow of business.

Proposal & Contract Negotiation:

- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from proposal development to contract closure.

- Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.

- Ensure competitive pricing and positioning of solutions.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and UST business strategy.

- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.

- Analyze client needs and market trends to refine business strategies.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in IT services sales, business development, or account management.

- Proven track record of selling to UST or similar large IT service providers.

- Strong understanding of digital transformation, cloud, AI, and enterprise IT solutions.

- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.

- Experience in RFP/RFI responses, contract negotiation, and deal structuring.

- Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience working with UST or similar Tier-1 IT service providers.

- Familiarity with IT consulting, staffing, or managed services business models.

- MBA or equivalent business degree is a plus.
