Requirements:

- Minimum 4-8 years of good experience in Cyber Security Solution Sales to Direct End Customers (Channel Sales candidates are not the right fit).

- Strong track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of the (Job Opening Location) market and having good connects with CIO/CTO/IT Heads.

- Ability to handle end user sales from lead to closure independently.

Recruitment criteria:

- Refer candidates working only at base location only and not those willing to re-relocate.

- Preferred experience in cyber-Security, else next in networking, next Server/storage.

- They must have direct contacts with IT head / CIO / CTO.

- Candidates should have experience in Direct End-Customer Product & Solution selling to Corporate Customers.

- Channel Sales candidates i.e. Candidates working in OEM/Vendor/Distributor companies may not be the right fit.

- Avoid candidates with Non-IT Sales background.

- Salary not a criteria for the right candidate.

- Avoid Inside sales & marketing candidates for 'field sales positions'.

- Avoid candidates whose age is 45+.

- Positions are open to both & candidates.

- Candidates should have good knowledge of IT Infrastructure / Cyber Security technologies.
