Job Description:


- Someone with an industry experience of about 10+ yrs.


- Should be able to articulate and communicate well in customer calls and shows the passion to sell.


- Should be able to understand the entire gamut of product development life cycle and the technologies related to it.


- Chimera offers both extended delivery centre setup services and outsource product development services and hence the candidate should posses knowledge in these.


- Our primary market for the enterprise sales would be North America and hence the candidate is expected to be experienced in selling to these regions and be available in these time zones.


Desirable Skills/Industries/Domain Preferred:


- Deep understanding of Application development and Management, QA and testing services , Data and Analytics.


- The candidate should understand the offshore and hybrid delivery model.


Requirements:

- A person with a proven experience in enterprise sales and account management and exhibits a real hunger for sales is a right fit.


- A person who has been associated with a fast growing organization and has been instrumental in driving exponential growth both with new and existing accounts .


- As its mostly a techno sales function it is expected that the sales person be highly tech savvy, able to explain the services that we offer, question estimates from the delivery teams and have a consultative approach to selling offshore services.


- The person is required to work as required even after the office hours since he/she will the only person in the sales team to start.


- Attend client meetings across time zones.

- As an Enterprise Account and Sales Manager you would be required to manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts to ensure long term success, generate new sales with named enterprises ,establish and grow the key accounts and relationships.


- This is a target driven role and the person should have been successful in managing a minimum of $1mn target in the past.


- The person will also be required to demonstrate software applications, technology solutions and other artifacts that chimera holds to prospective customers.


- The person will need to write proposals independently, work closely with the delivery teams to validate the technical proposal in line with the expectations.


- The person is also required to understand and know the competition landscape.
