Accountabilities:

- Responsible for achievement of overall 100% Revenue and New Account Acquisition targets of His/ Her Territory.

- Candidate should be excellent in Selling Skills Should possess diverse experience of selling to various enterprises including Large Enterprises and Government Organizations.

- Create a Robust Funnel of Prospective accounts by adhering to Market working policies created by CTCPL.

- Candidate is required to maintain daily call reports and sales reports.

- Candidate should possess good presentation skills to make presentations and present the same to the C Suite Level customers.

- Meet potential enterprise clients and government organization for presenting our capabilities &product offerings, constantly follow up and respond to queries and clarifications required, with a view to converting prospect into a sale.

- Should Have the Skills, capability and intellectual levels to meet with C-Level People like the MD, CEO, CIO, CXO, and other decision makers, of Enterprise organizations and Government Organizations to build robust relationships and to reduce the selling cycle and resistance.

- Candidate should possess adequate account Management Skills with excellent Communication Skills with proficiency in English, Hindi and other local language(s).

- Candidate should possess good analytical skills and should be able to understand arithmetic and should be able to give an efficient business plan at the starting of every month.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Candidate should understand the latest technology and technical developments in the space of telecom and IT.

- Should be capable to Interface with applications of CTC, Set up a customer Demo.

- Responsible for ensuring effective onboarding of the client onto our system and all necessary support are provided to them.

- Candidate should possess a good relationship skill with Customer obsessed-ness behavior, should be a go getter with an Ambitious and competitive behavior, should possess enough Drive and adaptable to change behavior.

- Should be an Innovation Hungry individual.

- Candidate is responsible to setup up Channel partners in his given territory with a required infrastructure as described by CTCPL, to increase reachability and distribution of CTCPL services to enterprises and Government organizations.

- Responsible to make efforts towards nurturing existing relationships with a view to persuade existing clients into buying additional business.

- Responsible for providing excellent customer service to existing clients through proactive meetings and resolving all their queries / complaints / escalations within the prescribed TAT.

- Candidate should possess good interpersonal skills as he needs to coordinate with the teams across India and USA with regards to setting up a demo and coordinate on closing service issues.

- Candidate should be adhering to required systems and processes to ensure they are set up and managed effectively in alignment with the overall Sales Strategy.

Education:

Mandatory Desired:

- Degree Graduate Or BE Or BTECH Or BCA MBA or PG.

- Additional Proficiency Sales Certification/NIS.
