Manager - Business Development - Investment Banking

Leading Investment Bank is looking for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER- INVESTMENT BANKING

Job Synopsis : 

- Sourcing & Execution of Corporate Advisory & Investment Banking Business

- Work on the transaction across stages in Investment Banking,

- M&A, Private Equity/ Venture Capital, Startup Advisory, Corporate Finance, Corporate Advisory from sourcing, execution, investor reach out, due diligence and closure

- Preparation and finalization of confidential information memorandum, management presentations, marketing pitches, and other presentations

- Design and build a business plan and financial model.

- Work on the valuation using multiple methodologies including DCF and relative valuation for on-going transactions

- Attend and participate in client meetings and contribute to building and maintaining client relationships
