Responsibilities :

- Develop and lead the implementation of individual business plans for different countries.

- Identify business development opportunities, support sales and delivery teams to expand business outside India and drive such opportunities from concept to implementation and execution of such plans and tracking outcomes.

- Administer and develop initiatives to increase sales and market development activities.

- Analyse business strategies and develop improvement plans for same to provide appropriate growth to business.

- Manage all development process and ensure compliance to government policies and regulations of the different countries.

- Identify opportunities for promotions, additional services, and distribution avenues that will lead to an increase in international sales and work with the Sales team.

- Monitor effective implementation of international business development activities.

- Assist businesses to identify opportunities and develop strategic plans to enhance same.

- Design plans to achieve all objectives and develop plans for new business.

- Train and provide guidance to team members and business development issues.

- Coordinate with management team and maintain budgets

- Analyse business and review future prospective for same.

- Manage all customer communication and maintain effective relationship with all.

- Prepare and implement various capture methods for business development.

- Review competitor plans and effect of products and services in management.

- Prepare pricing strategies according to customer budgets and procurement methods.

- Evaluate market trends and provide appropriate support to product development.

Requirements:

- Experience of around 7 to 10 years is mandatory in the implementation of F&B Business. Outside India experience will be preferable

- Should have experience in handling all the related compliances and duties.

- IT fluency with skills including GSuite, Microsoft office suite, etc.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - written and verbal, confident and effective public speaking abilities.

- Pro-active, strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

- Flexible and willing to take on any tasks to support team efforts.

- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

- Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations.

- Strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability with the ability to be a self-starter and make independent decisions.

- Work will require travel as per requirement to potential clients.

- Entrepreneurial, a hustler and a go getter. Academic pedigree should be good (CA, MBA from top B-School, Eng - from good Institute such as IIT etc.).
