Role Summary:
To deliver the Value and Volume targets for the region and lead the team to ensure market share objectives of the organization with focus on distribution health and strong demand generation model.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Primary responsibility would be Key Account Management for assigned customers in India & Overseas market- starting from procurement of orders till managing receivables
2. Responsible for formulating customer specific sales strategies for business growth in terms of volume & margin
3. The incumbent would responsible to identify potential opportunities for new products in coordination with R&D that would lead to incremental business opportunities.
4. Implementing a go-to-market plan for new and existing products, working with all departments to execute product and services strategy
5. Prepare business cases for new product identified for periodic Gate Reviews
6. Work Closely with Business Head and cross functional department for day to day operational activities
7. To strength the relationship with existing and develop with new customers and influencers
Skills Required:
- 3-4 years in Exports sales and Business Development roles in Tire Industry or associated chemicals industry with 7-10 years in sales and Business Development roles in manufacturing company.
- Relevant Experience in Tyre companies, Tire Cord Dipping Companies, Oriental Carbon & Chemicals Ltd, Synthomer, Omnova, Apcotex or associated chemical companies
- Stakeholder management, ability to coordinate across multiple teams
- Ability to build a connect with contractors, influencers to get deep insights
