BD Manager - Insurance

Functional Responsibility / Domain Related :

- To market & develop business to Insurance companies, pension and AIFs across allocated geographies (Mumbai)

a. Continuous outreach in base segments to identify new opportunities and grow wallet share

b. Target and pitch to new high value clients/mandates in new segments.

c. Senior management interactions

d. Should be able to network and interact at senior management level with clients and prospects

- Understanding of insurance industry, pension funds, AIFs and wealth products with regulatory landscape, Bancassurance

- Will be responsible for feedback on product verticals and identify trends and new business opportunities in the research space

a. Coordinate with the analytical/research team to help develop new products and services Process Adherence

- Should be responsible for lead generation and maintaining a healthy pipeline.

- Presales - Demo, prepare proposals etc.

- Provide inputs for and develop collaterals

- Contract negotiation & closing

- Billing responsibilities, meetings in Salesforce, manage sales receivables with collection team

- Communication to client on franchise elements

Skills :

- Senior Management connect, Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Ability to manage performance under stringent timelines

Experience and Qualification :

- Preferably require a candidate with 6-8+ yrs experience who has worked on sales / lead generation side / products team

- Post graduate in Marketing / Finance preferred.
