Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager - IT Services (Noida, Initial 3 months WFH).

Location: Noida (Initial 3 months Work from Home).

Experience: 10+ years in IT Services Sales (Mobile/Web Application Development).

Job Description:

- We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager with over 10 years of expertise in IT services sales, focusing on Mobile Application and Web Application Development for the USA market.

- This role will be crucial in driving business growth through lead generation, cold calling, and account management while setting up operations in our Noida office.

- The first 3 months will be remote, after which operations will move to the office.

- The ideal candidate must have extensive experience with Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and managing a team.

- We are looking for a candidate who can independently initiate and manage business processes and team building while ensuring the capture of key US-based accounts.

- Only candidates with a neutral accent close to the USA and from IT services backgrounds will be considered.

- No SaaS backgrounds, please.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive lead generation and outbound sales efforts, focusing on cold calling and US market capture.

- Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing deals.

- Build and lead a high-performing sales team in Noida.

- Independently set up and transition Noida operations from WFH to the office within the first 3 months.

- Leverage Sales Navigator and HubSpot to manage leads, CRM, and track sales performance.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the US market for Mobile and Web Application Development services.

- Maintain a professional communication style with a neutral accent suitable for the USA market.

- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to meet and exceed revenue targets.

- Provide detailed reports on sales metrics, performance, and market feedback.

Key Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in IT services sales, focusing on Mobile and Web Application Development.

- Proven track record in lead generation, cold calling, and handling US-based clients.

- Expertise in using Sales Navigator and HubSpot for sales tracking and CRM management.

- Experience in team management and leading high-performing sales teams.

- Strong knowledge of US market dynamics and client acquisition strategies.

- Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent close to the USA.

- Must be able to join immediately.

- No SaaS background; only candidates from IT services are preferred.
