Position overview:
- A driven BDM with 3-5 years' experience in automation sales.
- You'll develop strategies, build relationships, and close deals to expand their client base.
- Experience with specific automation equipment (conveyors, inspection tools) is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Develop & execute sales plans to exceed targets in automation, material handling, and robotics.
- Identify & qualify leads, understand needs, and propose solutions.
- Build & maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Conduct product demos & presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Track industry trends & identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare & present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Provide regular sales reports & updates to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree (Engineering, Business Administration, or related) + sales certifications (preferred).
- 3+ years of proven sales experience in automation, material handling, and related equipment.
- Strong understanding of automation & familiarity with specific equipment (conveyors, checkweighers, etc.)
- Track record of exceeding sales targets & maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, & presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to finding new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel.
