Manager - Business Development
Graduates preferably post graduates with excellent communication Skills both written and verbal having experience at international level , with experience in and responsible for :
- Strategic Development: Lead the creation of strategies for specific Focus Applications, determining where to compete and how to win based on market and customer insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams to maximize the company's growth opportunities.
- Customer & Market Insight: Enhance the company's understanding of customer needs and market trends, sharing this knowledge widely within the organization.
- Pipeline Management: Drive growth by managing and converting the opportunity pipeline, ensuring the company's offerings are well-positioned to win in the market.
- Portfolio Expansion: Identify and act on opportunities to expand the product portfolio through new product introductions, partnerships, or acquisitions.
- Thought Leadership: Position the company as a leader in the industry through content creation, workshops, and technical marketing initiatives.
- Execution: Implement and drive execution of strategic and tactical plans to ensure long-term and short-term growth.
Key Objectives/Measurements:
- Development and execution of strategic projects.
- Creation of product and technology roadmaps with leading customers.
- Growth in the commercial pipeline and improved conversion rates.
- Long-term revenue growth surpassing market growth rates.
- Experience in applications related to " Motion Control & Drives" or "Industrial Robotics & Warehouse Automation" or "Semiconductors Manufacturing Equipment" or " Battery Energy Storage Systems" will be preferred.
- Candidates willing to work in Hybrid role and willing to travel globally.
