We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the HoReCa (Hospitality, Restaurant, and Catering) sector, with a strong focus on fine dining and premium hotels. Based in Delhi/Mumbai , this role will involve identifying, developing, and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers in the industry to drive sales growth and market penetration.

Responsibilities:

Business Development:

- Identify, target, and develop relationships with key decision-makers in fine dining, premium hotels & high-end caterers across India.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.

- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Client Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability.

Sales:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics through sales planning, business development/sales campaigns, develop proposition, integrate with marketing campaigns, recommend pricing strategy to achieve sales targets and quotas.

- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.

Team Leadership:

- Mentor and develop junior team members.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Education and Work Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field.

- 8-10 years of experience in business development within the HoReCa sector, with a strong focus on fine dining and premium hotels.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong understanding of the Indian HoReCa market.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with high attention to detail and accuracy.
