Roles and Responsibilities:
- Acquiring and Managing HNI and UHNI Clients:
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNI).
- Develop personalized strategies to understand and fulfill the financial needs and objectives of clients.
- Provide comprehensive financial advice, investment solutions, and wealth management services tailored to individual client profiles.
Proactive Outreach and Engagement:
- Execute proactive outreach initiatives targeting specific client segments both digitally and through in-person interactions.
- Create and maintain strong networks within relevant communities to expand client base and enhance the brand's presence.
- Employ innovative methods to engage with potential clients and convert leads into long-term relationships.
Collaboration with Marketing Team:
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to devise and implement client acquisition strategies across various channels.
- Provide valuable insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve client acquisition efforts.
- Align marketing activities with the client acquisition goals and objectives.
Achievement of Growth Targets:
- Take ownership of growth targets and ensure they are met or exceeded.
- Develop and implement action plans to drive business growth and achieve set revenue objectives.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired results.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in a similar role within the banking or fintech sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with HNI/UHNI clients and delivering results.
Client Portfolio:
- Possess an existing portfolio of HNI/UHNI clients or demonstrated capability to attract and manage such clientele effectively.
Sales and Networking Skills:
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional networking abilities to build and sustain relationships with high-value clients.
Investment Product Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of various investment products and financial services available in the Indian market.
- Ability to provide informed advice and solutions tailored to individual client needs.
