Business development Manager-Google Sells
Job overview: Google BDM sells Google Cloud solutions: Google Workspace (SaaS), Google Cloud Platform (IaaS / PaaS), Apigee (API management), and Anthos. A key focus is the local market. You should expect interesting and innovative projects like Modern Workplace, Cloud Computing, API management, and application modernization platforms.
An ideal candidate would combine the ability to run a full cycle of pre-sales activities and perform basic deployment (setting up MX records, mail routing configurations, and domain verification).
Being a BDM means driving business opportunities to meet KPIs, and combine own experience with presales/engineering resources locally and globally. You will drive the pipeline with Account Team, work on opportunities from Google and run marketing activities like webinars and seminars. Targeted customers would include both SMBs and Enterprises. You will report to the Director COE Business India.
What you'll do:- Selling cloud solutions from Google (IaaS / PaaS / SaaS)
- Product Consultations for both customers and sales managers
- Interaction with the vendor;
- Participation in presentations/webinars, and marketing events as a speaker.
- Certification for Google products
- Perform sales reports
- Perform basic deployments
