Qualification and work experience-

- MBA in sales and marketing from a Premier Institute.

- Work experience in key potential FRP segments of at least 3-4 years: Automotive, Railways and Mass transportation, infrastructure

- Must come with a sound understanding of the FRP market in India including knowledge of key players and current activities and trends

- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint

Job Responsibilities:

1. New Business Development

- Identify potential clients in the Glass fiber (FRP) Composite space, and the decision makers within the client organization

- Research and build relationships with new clients across key FRP segmentrs - Automotive, Railways and Mass transportation, Infrastructure (Architecture, building and Construction)

- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principals

2. Client retention and management

- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.

- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.

- Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs

- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team

3. Business Development planning

- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.

- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.

- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
