Profile - Business Development Manager
Experience (must knowledge of fire Extinguisher Product)
Job Description:
- Maintain current revenue from existing direct accounts & develop new business opportunities with current accounts and new accounts within assigned territory
- Monitor monthly progress of agreed KPI (Key Performance Indicators) vs. plan for the accounts in the defined region: Sales target, profitability, credit days & general working process etc.
- Owns sales process (Contracts, Pricing Agreements, Volume commitments, Rebates, Credit management, Forecasting) at Direct accounts (and Channel Partners).
- Develop long term relationships with current and new customers to become a long term preferred supplier
- Work with Sales Head/ Director to develop and build a sales strategy to achieve sales targets with key accounts
- Confirm that products meet the prospect's requirements and will assist sales in technical qualification. Throughout the proposal process, will articulate /demonstrate solutions, influence customer's technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain broad market intelligence to understand customer's organization and
- Structure, competitive situation, trends and future needs. Share with internal support functions (Tech support, Marketing, etc.) to promote increased revenue and value.
- Will assist & coordinate with internal sales, technical team.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and sales conditions that meet commercial standards of company
