Business Development Manager - Fintech/Finance
What You'll Do :
- Pitching the deal structures to CXO's of partners
- Management of the funnel of leads for new partners
- Relationship management for the existing clients and increasing exposure (upsell)
- Responsible for preliminary screening of proposals
- Coordinate with Analytics for detailed structuring
- Analytical evaluation of opportunities shown to the BD Team which involves in-depth modeling for transaction
- Negotiation and closures for land possession
- Coordination with finance and other teams for deal evaluation and closure process (Funding/investments for approved development projects)
- Support due diligence (technical, corporate, financial, legal, title, and regulatory)
- To analyze industry prospects by gathering information about growth, competitors, and market share possibilities.
- Experience in relationship management with CXO's of a company.
