What You'll Do :

Initiating contact with different corporates through own leads and leads previously generated by the company

Meetings with clients and providing the and it's offerings

Closing out the connect with the concerned people & generating training man days for Shradha HRD

Generating ideas for marketing & expanding the reach of Shradha HRD beyond our traditional clients

Maintaining existing relationships to up-sell other training solutions

Ensuring customer satisfaction through constant touch with clients resulting in repeat business for the company

Opening up new markets through networking and referrals

Your Superpowers

Experience:

5-7 years of experience in a client facing role

Knowledge of basic financial metrics and financial modeling

Experience in relationship management with CXO's of a company

Ability to understand different business models and ability to find a quick solution for clients problems

Understanding of financial markets , loan structures and other financial B2B products

Experience in corporate leasing/ corporate loan is a plus

You accept responsibility for your own actions and decisions and demonstrate commitment to accomplishing work in an ethical, compliant, and efficient manner for the benefit of your clients and the company
