Manager - Business Development - FinTech

- The company's products and platforms are powered by advanced artificial intelligence and solve some of the hardest problems in the credit-underwriting space.

- Looking for a highly motivated Senior Business Development Associate with the following attributes to be part of our high-energy team based in Mumbai and Gurgaon:

1) You must have a proven track record of sourcing, engaging with and selling complex products/services to corporate clients.

2) A thorough understanding of loan products (retail/SME) including aspects such risk, pricing, and borrower-behavior is a huge plus as is the ability to build new business relationships and leverage existing ones to drive B2B sales.

3) You must be good at creating sales presentations and must have the confidence/skills required to deliver product pitches to C-level executives. You must also be hungry to learn new concepts and be able to articulate complex ideas in a manner that is easily understood by non-technical people.

4) Your communication skills must be exceptional and you must enjoy traveling and pushing yourself beyond your comfort-zone. A strong network with NBFCs and banks is a big plus.

Qualifications : Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance/management

Experience : A minimum of 2 years experience in sales/marketing roles in the financial industry
