What we are looking for: Business Development Manager

- Experience in hiring for IT/Non-IT vertical.

- Should be a go getter an achiever, having an aspiration to make it big in the recruitment domain.

- Multitasking, detail-oriented, organized, resourceful, and result-oriented who can associate with the team with ease.

- Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

- Self-Motivated & strong work ethic, adaptable.

- Creative approach & focus on work.

- Think out of the box.

- New client acquisition

- Delivery

- Revenue Generation

- Client Relationship

- New client acquisition and existing client development.

- Building and maintaining healthy relations with the client and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and quality norms.

- Addressing client queries and ensuring execution of appropriate actions to ensure seamless operations.

- Managing client expectations. Handling client escalations for resolving critical issues.
