- Analyse the development and understand the nature of the Electric Vehicle Powertrain market eco-system.
- Identify and report business opportunities in the targeted segments: EV OEM's Including 2-W, 3-W, LCV, Bus, Trucks, Passenger cars & Retro fitment etc.
- Lead strategies and execution of business development activities, customer acquisition, and post-sales customer engagement
- Develop and manage ongoing relationships with key stakeholders/customers in order to identify and deliver solutions that benefit both parties
- Coordinate and manage technical and commercial bid preparation.
- Ensure identified opportunities and subsequent tender submissions align with business systems, governance & strategy.
- Assist the commercial team with insights and benchmarks to ensure competitiveness.
- Develop strong relationships with key customers by acting as account manager.

- Achieve sales targets and revenue as defined by the business leadership.
- Meet sales and development targets forecasted aligning with financial objectives.
- Lead new developing programs by providing technical intelligence for e-mobility applications.
- Contribute to the Technical Solution process which consists of Initial technical promotion, finding and understanding customer needs, registration of the products and support for approval and certification at customer.
- Develops in conjunction with the Marketing Department, customer targets and their applications for development.
- Identify, investigate and follow up on qualified leads and develop business for potential customers in key market segments.
- Plan and execute regular customer visits to existing and potential customers to identify and manage needs and expectations.
- Stay abreast of EV market trends, competitor activities, and developing innovations.
- Develop, negotiate, and monitor contracts and pricing strategy for new and existing business opportunities.
