- Analysis of data required for the financial model

a. Analysis of the company database for the commercial benchmark

b. coordinating with Procurement for the updation of cost calculator on regular basis and running the cost calculator for each project

Preparing the conceptual Memo:

a. Preparing the conceptual memo of the new sites to be presented in Indian committee

b. Analyse the competition performance from database

c. Monthly analysis and updation of competition performance

d. Analyse the competition landscape and its impact on the attendance in case of a competitive location

Custodian of rolodex:

a. Updating and keeping the internal database of the developer and brokers

b. Updating the competition pipeline

- Complying with the internal process to create vendor ID and Operating units in the peoplesoft.

- Any other market analysis that company may deem fit for a particular site

- Internal Coordination with Design and projects team to keep the teams aligned with the project status and developer.

- Preiliminary negotiation with the developer and closure of the MOU
