- Excellent command over spoken and written communication skills.

- Preparation of Techno-Commercial Proposals and offering suitable solutions based on the tender specifications.


- Tenders, RFP and RFQ is must.

- Business Development experience in Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) in automation industry having electrical switchgear, embedded controller products, PLCs, computers, Drives, VFDs, Electronic control systems preferably in marine domain.

- Previous experience on Electronic Control System design / Project management will be an added advantage.

- Experience in defence domain will be an added advantage.

- Designing & implementing the business development strategies that is focused at organization objective.

- Periodically review the sales plan and strategy with the key stake holders.

- Keep abreast of organization's product line, competitors and new development.

- Arrange business development meetings with the existing and new customers.

- Develop thorough research to identify new markets.

- Maintain records of sales, revenue and sales.

- Maintain cordial relationship with the existing customers/channel partners.
