Business Development Manager - Electronic Control Systems

Work location: Pune (6 Days from Office in Bhosari)

Qualifications:

- M.B.A-Marketing/ B.E with Electronics/Electrical qualification from a reputed University.

Technical competency:

- 12 to 15 years hands-on experience in sales management, customer management & business generation

- Excellent command over spoken and written communication skills

- Preparation of Techno-Commercial Proposals and offering suitable solutions based on the tender specifications

- Business Development experience in Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) in automation industry having electrical switchgear, embedded controller products, PLCs, computers, Drives, VFDs, Electronic control systems preferably in marine domain

- Previous experience on Electronic Control System design / Project management will be an added advantage

- Experience in defence domain will be an added advantage

Role Synopsis:

- Designing & implementing the business development strategies that is focused at organisation objective

- Periodically review the sales plan and strategy with the key stake holders

- Keep abreast of organisation's product line, competitors and new development.

- Arrange business development meetings with the existing and new customers

- Develop thorough research to identify new markets

- Maintain records of sales, revenue and sales

- Maintain cordial relationship with the existing customers/channel partners
