Responsibilities:
- Business development within the assigned territory and vertical
- Cultivate executive level contacts within prospective companies and deliver consultative sales approach
- Develop senior level relationships with clients through personal meetings, presentations, and quarterly business reviews
- Generate market and client awareness of client solutions
- Lead pre and post meeting strategy development and execution
- Coordinate and participate in proposal generation and delivery
- Lead cross functional teams who are needed to sell and close profitable new business
- Develop, build, and close sales pipelines
- Achieve assigned sales quota
- Become the go-to-person for all business matters related to his/her territory/country
- Bridge customer/partner requirement and company solutions
- Maintain a high level of prospect and customer engagement
- Thoroughly understand financial and channel operational models to drive profitability and make use of either existing or new technology that may be introduced by client in the future
Experience :
- Minimum 8 years of experience in selling educational/assessment services
- Industry expertise in academic and professional qualification assessment industry preferred
- Track record of closing large deals through consultative selling to C level executives, meeting / exceeding and sales targets
- Ability to develop and execute sales territory plans
Skills :
- Proven ability to guide cross-functional team members through complex engagements and implementations
- Executive-level presentation/communication skills
- Ability to advance sales process and pipeline management through use of Salesforce
- Global perspective and ability to travel globally
- Proven success and ability to work autonomously
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Strong business acumen and experience in working for a multinational company
