Role & Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development efforts within the Ed-tech industry or related sectors, with a focus on upskilling and higher education.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present Scaler's solutions effectively.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to foster growth and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while providing insights on market trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine product offerings and improve client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the Ed-tech industry or related sectors.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in any field (B. Tech/MBA preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong passion for sales and achieving targets.
- Basic knowledge of Learning Solutions and Qualifications (LSQ) is a plus.
- Experience with tech products and managing a ticket size greater than - 50,000 is advantageous.
- Age limit: Up to 32 years
