Position Name: Business Development Manager

Experience: 8+ years Education: Any Graduate // MBA will be a plus

Location: Baner (Pune)

Working Hours: 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM (Timings shall be adjusted as per Daylight Savings Time)

Job Summary:

We are looking for Business Development Manager with 7+ years- experience & able to work independently with excellent communication skills:

- Should have Experienced in Selling Digital Marketing services and E-commerce Solution selling experience in US, Canada, UK & North European markets to ISV's

- Independently responsible for Business Development activities, Business growth, Pipeline generation, Market analysis and Revenue generation

- Responsible for lead generation, prospect identification and prospect engagement, requirement gathering, creating winning proposals and pricing negotiations

- Handling a team of BDE & Inside Sales representatives Involved in training, mentoring and management of individual team members to help them achieve their individual & team targets

- Proficiently having Knowledge of use of search engines and business databases such as Hoovers and other web business directories and identify contacts and leads.

- Has experience in Strategic Market Planning, including Business plan & Sales Strategy development

- Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain sales and business development opportunities

- Preparing proposals, presentations, value propositions for corporate meetings

- Involved into end to end sales cycle and responsible for closure

- Focus areas: mid to large-sized companies from Retail, Supply Chain, Healthcare Domain, Digital Marketing/web application and IT Industries

- Has a competitive approach to winning business and leading team to manage accounts from a strategic and tactical perspective

- Effectively and efficiently manage existing client relationships and evolve new relationships, working closely with Technical Team to attain company objectives
