Digital Marketing is a proactive, driven, and organized individual that leads the strategy development and delivery of digital marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. These channels include web content, mobile, SEM, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media and paid advertising. This individual will need to provide functional expertise, and recommendations regarding the execution of digital marketing campaigns, as well as list management. Key success factor is driving high volumes of qualified leads for conversion to sales.  JOB FUNCTIONS  - Responsible for Developing Business  - Manage marketing mix strategy continuously (spend and placement) for best ROI including search, display, automated campaigns, social/influencer marketing, etc  - Use insights from customer behaviour to define and optimize campaigns  - Ability to develop strategic digital marketing plans  - Develop and execute Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and activities aimed at increasing sales opportunities and conversions  - Organize and maintain lead databases  - Proficiency with technologies and infrastructure including content management, web analytics, search engine marketing, email marketing, web site usability, etc  - Measure/analyse performance of all web activity, including traffic, content views/downloads, customer activity and contact growth, as well as digital marketing programs; take action based on analysis; communicate results and action plans to business stakeholders  - Manage budget as appropriate  - Good communicator (positioning, messaging and content creation) Create clear, customer-oriented messaging based on value propositions  - Ability to function within a highly compliant regulatory environment  - Optimize marketing related content performance in the various digital communication channels and provide insights and key learnings to product and sales teams   - Drive more website traffic, increase our customer intelligence in order to influence customer decisions  QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES  - Proven track record of successful management of digital marketing campaigns and projects, including Google AdWords campaigns.  - Inbound marketing knowledge.   Demonstrated experience with implementing digital marketing initiatives that will scale to support the requirements of a growing organization with multiple brands.  - Track record of building scalable digital marketing campaign strategies and executing strategies with passion, precision and excellence.  - Creative thinker who can generate innovative ideas and solutions and partner effectively with marketing and other creative teams.  - Good operational and process orientation. Strong project management and organizational abilities.  - Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, experience in dealing with multiple and diverse internal stakeholders, and interacting with business and technology partners. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, across all organizational levels.  - Strong Teamwork abilities. Ability to resolve conflicts and to drive inter-functional Action Plans.  - Strong analytical skills and ability to develop actionable plans based on analysis.  - Excellent follow-up abilities and timely response on issues.  - Deep understanding of the digital environment and evolving tools and platforms used to improve online presence with excellent working knowledge of social media outreach strategies. Able to translate trends into brand right business opportunities.   - Some travel required   EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:  - Bachelor's degree Business, Marketing, concentrations preferred.  - 5+ years- experience in business development with a Digital Marketing or e-commerce experience.  - Computer proficiency with MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint).  - Google Certifications and HTML5 a Plus  Salary offered: 10 - 15 LPA
