The company is headquartered in Mumbai and has regional offices at Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, New Delhi, Pune and Mauritius.
- Our client also carries out grading of IPOs, assesses financial strength of shipyards, grades various courses of Educational institutions and provides grading services to Energy service companies. They are nurturing global opportunities and have made forays in different forms with 4 partners from Brazil, Portugal, Malaysia and South Africa.
As Manager - Business Development, you will maintain relationship with best of corporates in your region, interacting across people and companies in different segments.
What you will do:
- Being responsible for the origination of Rating Business for the Large Corporate Group and maintaining a healthy pipeline
- Identifying unrated clients and facilitating them in migrating from unrated domain to rated domain and also helping them to leverage rating for fund raising
- Building MIS & market intelligence about competitors, preparing geography wise and service wise sales plans and achieving them
- Understanding market trends and preparing plans accordingly
- Monitoring deals relating to Debt Capital Markets and lending transactions
- Dealing with C-level executives and providing advantages of rating requirements and importance
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
- MBA/CA from reputed college with 2-6 years experience preferably in corporate sales/ financial services
- Has dealt with C-level executives in large corporates independently
- Should have flair for reading constantly on economy/sectors/markets
- Agility and detail orientation required to set up the B2B sales process for a category
- Strong bias towards being hands on in building operational processes & standards from scratch
- Demonstrates high level of integrity, and strong work ethic
- Should be willing to learn and adapt quickly
- Ability to connect with people across teams & levels
- Willing to do extensive local travel
