Manager - Business Development

Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and uncover valuable insights that inform business development strategies.

- Leverage your digital prowess to connect with potential clients and develop strong relationships.

- Become the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, fostering open communication and building long-term partnerships.

- Craft persuasive proposals that effectively showcase Elixir IBC's capabilities and address client needs.

- Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements that ensure win-win outcomes.

- Collaborate closely with our creative and account management teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and outstanding results.

- Implement proactive lead generation strategies through various channels like calls, client visits, meetings, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and more.

- Manage and analyze sales activities through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.

- Utilize sales management tools to maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to company policies.

- Conduct competitor analysis to identify industry best practices and refine our value proposition.

- Travel regularly for client meetings and presentations (within Mumbai).

- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the content creation and communications landscape.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of proven experience in business development within a creative agency or corporate environment.

- Strong understanding of the marketing and communications industry.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build strong relationships and develop trust with clients.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

- Proficiency in digital marketing and lead generation strategies.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented.

- Up-to-date knowledge of content creation and communications trends.
