Job Overview:

- As the Business Development Manager for CSR, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's CSR initiatives while creating sustainable business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement the business development strategy to advance CSR initiatives and increase the organization's impact.

- Align CSR programs with the company's core business goals and mission to generate sustainable value.

Partnerships and Relationship Management:

- Identify and cultivate partnerships with NGOs, governmental organizations, and other key stakeholders.

- Manage relationships with corporate partners to foster long-term collaborations.

Fundraising and Resource Mobilization:

- Lead efforts in securing funding or sponsorship for CSR programs by identifying and engaging potential donors, partners, or investors.

Explore innovative financing models to support CSR initiatives.

Program Development:

- Work closely with internal teams to design and implement CSR projects that align with business goals and social responsibility objectives.

- Ensure that CSR projects are measurable and deliver a clear return on investment (ROI), both financially and socially.

Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the CSR landscape.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance the effectiveness of CSR initiatives.

Communication and Reporting:

- Develop marketing and communication strategies to promote CSR initiatives internally and externally.

- Report on CSR activities, including impact assessment and outcomes, to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sustainable Development, or a related field (Master's preferred).

- 5+ years of experience in business development, CSR, sustainability, or related areas.

- Proven ability to build partnerships and secure funding for CSR or social impact programs.

- Strong understanding of CSR frameworks and sustainability reporting standards (GRI, ISO 26000).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments to drive CSR efforts.

- Passion for social impact and sustainable business practices.

- This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving positive social and environmental change while aligning it with the company's broader business goals.
