- As a Business Development Manager in Corporate Sales, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our company by acquiring new business opportunities and establishing strategic partnerships with large organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leverage these relationships to drive sales and foster business growth.

- Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that address the specific needs and pain points of prospective clients.

- Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and understand their business challenges.

- Use insights to tailor sales pitches and solutions effectively.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience and maximize growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Proven track record of successful B2B sales, particularly with large organizations.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders.

- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Financial Industry.

- Familiarity with relevant trends, challenges, and opportunities is a plus.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Advanced or Master degree or certifications are a plus.

- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software (e., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite, Lusha.

- Ability to leverage data analytics tools for insights.

- Personal Attributes: Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.

- Strong problem-solving skills, resilience, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
