Business Development Manager :
We are looking for a Business Development Manager, working with us and our global network of public and private sector leaders to understand and improve conditions for startups everywhere. We have built the world's largest dataset on tech startups to publish leading research in the world's most read tech ecosystem report :
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Communicate with startup support organizations in more than 30 countries via emails and calls
- Manage customer relationships, mostly public policy leaders at the city level
- Execute the full sales cycle (lead identification, outreach campaigns, sales calls) to help us expand to more countries and regions all over the world
REQUIREMENTS :
- At least 3-4 years of prior work experience
- Very confident (business fluent) in verbal and written English
- Understanding of the startup or innovation space (work experience preferred)
- Experience in Sales or Sales Support, and/or Customer Services
- Experience in CRM (preferably Salesforce) management ideal, but not required
- Adept in Microsoft Office, Gdrive experience good-to-have
- Available to work first half of US work day
- Desire to pursue a long-term career in our organization
