We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with 8-12 years of experience to join our growing team.
You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities within the eCommerce market.
This role requires a deep understanding of the eCommerce landscape, strong sales and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of success in exceeding targets.
Responsibilities:.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company goals and objectives for the US market.
- Identify and qualify potential clients within the target segments, leveraging market research and industry knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring alignment with company pricing and terms.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity, identifying new market opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e. g. , marketing, delivery) to ensure successful client onboarding and project execution.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company in the US market.
Qualifications:.
- 8-12 years of experience in business development, preferably within the eCommerce or consulting industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals in a consultative selling environment.
- Strong understanding of the US eCommerce landscape, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in CRM and other sales automation tools.
- Experience in managing and nurturing a pipeline of leads.
