Job Description:
The individual should be self-motivated and will be responsible for generating new business from existing & new customers, advancing the sales process, helping close business, and achieving/ assisting in the achievement of Sales quotas. The Individual will also actively participate in the planning and execution of company Sales & marketing activities, providing vital based on his/her interaction with prospects and OEM's and customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible & sensitive to Monthly Revenue & Gross Margin Goals.
- Capable of identifying new opportunities & work closely with OEM & vendors
- Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements.
- Provides product, service, or technical information by answering questions and requests.
- Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedule.
- Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating value for products in their business and operations improvements.
- Self-Development by proactively taking technical information and training.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Graduate/PG and above with strong flair for business knowledge on how to grow and capture new business.
- Selling experience in similar industry 4 years & above of industry experience
- Familiarity with IT products & its solutioning.
- Result oriented, target driven and able to think out of box.
- Ability to understand the business dynamics and think of new ways for selling the company product & services.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in writing skills.
