Business Development Manager plays a key role in the success of the organization. He/She is the one who, plays a pivotal role in developing new applications, achieving new product sales targets and eventually generate revenue for the organization.
8-15 years of Techno-commercial exposure.
Application expertise in Industrial products, with a flair in Sales/Marketing, shall be preferred."
Primary Role (PCDA)
Plan :
- Create and manage the new product development pipeline portfolio, to ensure successive annual roll outs of value-added profitable products.
- Identify marketing opportunities by analyzing and defining the total market, market share, competitor market share, and available market share by product market.
Check (Study/Analyze) :
- To research and identify to develop new applications of Hydrogen Peroxide like Chemical Synthesis, Pharma, Aseptic Packaging, Cosmetics & Medicine, Electronics, Environment Advanced Oxidation Process, Food Processing, Mining, Pulp & Paper, Textiles, Animal Feed etc.
- To conduct in depth market studies to identify the potential of these markets.
- Develop new product for identified applications and collaborate cross-functionally with Technical, Quality, Sales, Operations teams etc. internally and externally with the customers, Labs etc.
- Study the competitor products and continuously improve existing products
Do (Execute) :
- Conduct Lab scale and commercials trials for these new products, pricing, packaging, production scale-up etc
- Maintain regular communication with all internal and external stakeholders
- Strengthen existing customer relationships by organizing Key Account Workshops and other tools.
- Develop a scientific basis for the new product introductions and market entry plans
