Roles and Responsibilities :- Solid outsourced Contact Centre or BPO management experience with inbound, outbound, chat and email
- Experience in a sales leadership (Hunter role).
- Identifying potential areas for growth for New and current clients
- Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals
- Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through phone prospecting, marketing and industry relationships
- Pro-actively conducting research on potential client and industry marketing opportunities
- Contract negotiation
- Overseeing CLM sales cycle tracking tools to ensure that they are current
- Managing directory, CXOs listings and sponsorship opportunities
- Increase pipeline generation
- Ownership of deals and systems tools
- Effectively leverage supporting resources in the sales process with the spirit of teamwork and cooperation
- Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting.
Desired Candidate Profile :Education : Bachelors or Masters Degree (Marketing would be an added advantage)
Experience : Minimum 8-12 years of sales experience into BPO- Business Development with excellent social and communication/ writing skills to deliver impeccable results.
