Location: Bangalore
Qualification: Any Graduate/PG
Experience: 10+ Years
Timings: 9 am - 6pm
Monday to Saturday
Responsibilities :
The business development Manager is to identify sales leads, pitch services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. He defines long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
2. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
3. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
4. Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
5. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
6. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
7. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
8. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
9. Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
10. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
11. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
12. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
13. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
14. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
15. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
16. Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
17. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
18. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
