Business Development Manager

The Business Development will be responsible for the overall strategic direction and Global Client engagement and Operations for WeAce globally across India.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful leadership, value creation and in-depth understanding of Sales and business ops. Would be handling B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy:
- Business Manager - Work closely with the CEO / COO to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and operational optimization.
- Implement the CRM platform and client reporting.
Client engagement:
- Business Development. Client acquisition and client relationship management.
- Work on client proposal and lead generation
Customer Experience:
- Drive the overall customer experience strategy, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.
Profile:
- Past experience in enterprise sales at a business level.
- Proven experience in leading a mid-scale transformation initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in managing large teams across multiple locations.
- Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in the industry, with a focus on Skilling is desirable
- Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and financial performance metrics.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic partnerships and alliances
