- Drive sales on regular basis to increase penetration in the given opportunity and become 'solution provider of choice' for respective ABG businesses

- Lending AUM, Cross Sell AUM and PnL through business opportunities within ABG businesses

- No. of opportunities closed vs. identified, Wallet share in each opportunity

- Drive sales on regular basis to increase penetration in the given opportunity and become solution provider of choice' for respective ABG businesses

- Execute client acquisition activities like prospecting, lead generation, client engagement, need articulation, solution fitment and relationship maintenance

- Customer satisfaction & service delivery

- Capability building of various teams of other ABG businesses & leverage existing set ups within ABG businesses to drive business volumes
