Job Purpose: Develop business in the allotted territory while ensuring outstanding customer experience and robust portfolio quality.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets in the allotted territory.
- Develop understanding of different customer segments and coordinate with stakeholders to develop sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Handle pre-sanction documentation and resolve credit queries.
- Facilitate legal document execution and disbursal post-sanction.
- Ensure timely collection and reconciliation of receivables..
- Coordinate operational and servicing issues, ensuring high service standards.
- Adhere to TAT and internal process compliance.
