Business Development Manager


Roles and Responsibilities :

- Drive brand recognition and financial growth through strategic business development initiatives.

- Develop and implement business plans, collaborating with executives and sales & marketing teams to analyze market trends and propose revenue-enhancing ideas.

- Initiate and cultivate new loan and deposit relationships for the bank through proactive marketing efforts, including calls, visits, and community involvement.

- Manage and grow existing loan and deposit portfolios, optimizing customer relationships by cross-selling additional bank services.

- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of loan products, banking services, NBFCs, and sales strategies to effectively identify and seize business opportunities.

- Monitor market trends and customer needs to develop and execute strategies that expand business opportunities and improve revenue margins.

Skills and Requirements :

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development within the banking sector, loans, or related financial products.

- Graduate/Post graduate degree or higher qualification in Business, Finance, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of loan products, banking services, NBFCs, and sales strategies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven track record in relationship management and business development.

- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.

- Demonstrated ability to manage, maintain, and grow loan and deposit portfolios.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
