Business Development Manager - Colocation (BFSI Sector) - West
We seek an experienced Business Development Manager for our Colocation business targeting the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector in the West region. The role involves managing PNL, generating strategic business opportunities, driving large deals, and supporting the sales team in closing deals.
Main Responsibilities:
PNL Management:
- Oversee and manage PNL for the colocation business in the BFSI sector.
- Develop strategies to achieve financial targets.
Strategic Business Development:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Deal Management:
- Drive large deals from initiation to closure.
- Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure deal success.
Sales Support:
- Provide strategic support to the sales team.
- Assist in creating sales pitches and presentations.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on key performance metrics.
- Provide regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or sales in the colocation or IT services industry.
- Proven track record of managing PNL and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the BFSI sector.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the West region.
