The Business Development Manager - NRI / Overseas Business will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the company's footprint in international markets, particularly focusing on Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) and overseas clients. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to enhance market presence and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential markets and clients.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and acquire new NRI and overseas clients through various channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Identify and participate in relevant industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Drive sales initiatives to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
