Manager - Business Development
Recro is looking to hire an experienced B2B business development manager to drive company revenue by establishing new accounts while maintaining relationships with existing clients.

About The Role:
- Build a solid book of business - create lead lists, reach out to prospective clients, and convert them into customers
- Take charge of existing client relationships
- Ideate & execute strategies to grow the client network
- Spend more time in client offices and with clients rather than at home or Recro's office
- Negotiate contracts with key clients and ensure each client's goals are met
- Address and resolve clients' concerns or grievances at the earliest
- Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal delivery teams
- Communicate and collaborate with the demand generation, resource management, and finance teams to ensure Recro meets its revenue goals
- Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts
- Develop a thorough understanding of client's needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of work experience in BD/ consultative sales
- Ability to identify new business opportunities with a drive to convert them
- Track record in establishing & maintaining client relationships
- Working knowledge of CRM systems
- Strong technical orientation, keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies
- High standards of excellence and attention to detail
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Data-driven and oriented towards achieving targets continuously
- Self-starter with the ability to effectively work autonomously with little oversight
- Loves to build rapport and ability to handle multiple clients
- Open for flexible work timings as per the target geographies
