As a BDM, you will play a critical role in devising and executing marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads, both outbound and inbound. You will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our Co-Founder and take ownership of our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities-
- Lead Generation (Outbound): Utilize various channels including WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and other B2B platforms to create and execute campaigns that generate high-quality leads for the demand team.
- Lead Generation (Inbound): Develop and execute Bidso's content strategy to drive inbound inquiries.
- Buyer Delight, Supplier Marketing, Platform Marketing/Branding: Contribute to various marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing the Bidso brand and improving the experience for our buyers and suppliers.
- Team Building: As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building out Bidso's marketing team going forward.
Key Requirements-
- Experience: 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably at an early-stage VC-funded company.
- Education: A good pedigree education background is preferred.
- Experience in designing outbound campaigns for lead generation.
- Ability to design and execute content strategies to drive inbound queries.
- Prior work experience with startup
