The team is looking for a Business Development Manager, Large Accounts to join an extremely fast growing global Fintech business. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi tasking and high energy environment.
This role is based out of Delhi/NCR and Bangalore
Key Responsibilities :
- Impact market segment share by acquiring and onboarding new customers across Large and Enterprise segments in IT Exporters, App developers and Software exporters.
- Maintain a strong lead funnel of large and enterprise customers, pitch Company's offerings to CXOs and crack deals as partner of choice to receive global payments.
- Ability to explore new business segments and define GTM for the same.
- Maintain and exceed country targets in areas of # of clients and GMV from our direct business.
- Drive below the line activities to augment customer acquisitions and represent the company in industry forums to drive awareness.
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions for the company's services in coordination with the marketing team.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
Have you accomplished these qualifications?
- 3-6 years of business development, service and/or solution sales, account management experience, especially in payments, ecommerce or managing enterprise segment in IT, ERPs or Consulting.
- Pass out from a Tier-1 B-school
- Track record of meeting and exceeding business established goals
- Should be analytical & data oriented. Strong in data backed decision making.
- Experience in leading complex negotiations with CXOs of large and enterprise accounts.
- Should be able to drive operational excellence through innovative initiatives.
The following would be considered a plus for candidates:
- Experience in the Ecommerce, Payments and Banking industry.
- Familiarity with the B2B and Enterprise Customer Segment.
- Experience with direct sales for small businesses engaged in cross border trade.
- Experience with digital marketing, affiliate marketing, social media.
