Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B SAAS Business Development Manager, located in Gurugram.

- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships.

- Daily tasks include conducting market research, generating leads, creating business proposals, and meeting sales targets.

- Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, and strategic planning

- Strong understanding of SAAS products and technology solutions

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- Market research and lead generation skills

- Ability to create compelling business proposals and presentations

- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field

- Experience in the IT or technology consulting industry is a plus
