Manager Business Development ( Apparel Group)

Position Base: Bangalore

Reporting to: National Head

ROLE :

We have an exciting career opportunity with one of the largest Apparel group, has in its folio some of the most highly regarded apparel brands in India (Especially Men's Formal wear). Looking for BD Manager for South region

JD:

1)C reating a growth / expansion strategy by identifying suitable commercial retail properties for opening new retail stores across India.

2) Utilizing extensive knowledge about the demographics of cities across South India markets with strong network of property consultants and franchise investors

3) Retail property search management, coordinating with key channels like property developers, landlords, project consultants & IPC's.

4) Location & Catchment Analysis of probable New Store Locations & Negotiating, acquiring and finalizing new properties. 5)Liaising legal due diligence and paper work involved in signing & acquiring the business licenses

6) Evaluating identified property options & finalizing contracts for commercial properties.

7) Ensure successful Store Opening as per the business plan to achieve the number of stores, store months & overall sales budget.
